Job Description
Position Title - CSM-Agency
Department Agency Health
Location- Bengaluru
Role & responsibilities
- Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
- Coach & guide agents to cross sell and grow their business
- Make individual agents grow at least by 20% Year On Year
- Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
- Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services
- To recruit and appoint agents for General Insurance Business.
- Train agents on products, process and USPs of Co.
Description of Skills required:
- Field Sales Experience
- Good Interpersonal skill
- Moderate analytical skills for market mapping & business expansion
CTC – Min 3.5LPA | Max 5LPA
