Manager - Extended Warranty Claims

Role & responsibilities

Candidates well versed with the complete Motor Extended Warranty (EW) Claim process flow - right from claim intimation to claim settlement, with relevant experience in OEM Warranty or Insurance warranty programs

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic and working knowledge of automobiles/ automotive technology wrt
• Various make, model variants
• Abreast with various automotive technologies
• Body styling (hatchback, sedan, SUV, MUV etc)
• Vehicle construction Monocoque/Unibody & Body over frame
• Types of Welding and joints
• Manufacturing processes of components (casting, forging etc)
• Metallurgy used and their properties
• Aggregates and various function group with all mechanical components
• Locations of parts & technical nomenclature
• Auto Electricals all circuits
• Mechatronics Diagnosis/scanners, DTC, test protocols, MIL
