Role & responsibilities:

Qualification:

• Medical Degree (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS) or Pharmacy Degree with a Law Graduate qualification or relevant experience.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector or a similar role in another sector.

Job Role:

• Assist legal teams with the medical aspects of claims and case reviews, ensuring accurate and thorough evaluations.
• Provide support in the preparation of Advocate Notice Replies, drafting and vetting Self-contained Notes (SCN), and Written Statements (WS).
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with legal teams, Ombudsman forums, and external advocates to ensure timely and smooth case handling.
• Maintain and update records, and generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, along with performing data analysis to support legal decisions and strategy.
