Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

Team Management.
Channel Relationship.
Workshops, Camps.
Assessing the quotations.
GPW from Broking A - INR 24.48 Crores

To maintain Retention of Business Profitability

Timely follow up with the clients.
Tracking religiously in first week of every month.
Loss Ratio

To maintain the Hygiene Quote TAT

Proper QC and issuance of premium collected.
Proactive in handling claims.
2 Calendar Days for local, 3 Calendar days for corporate approval, 5 Calendar days for regional approval.

Stakeholder interfaces

Experience

3 - 4 years of experience in insurance sector.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales.

Education

Graduated in any discipline.
MBA Graduate mandatory
Fresher s with knowledge of both vertical line

Working as a retail health underwriter there was no work life balance, month ends are always hectic, team politics, feeling of being left out in terms of work it seemed like only specific people in the team are giving importance and projects rest will do the mundane work. No leadership to look upto,even when changed the team
