Manager - Agency Strategy

Key Result Areas

• The candidate will be required to spearhead implementation of strategic digital initiatives for the channel
• Manage and lead project meeting calls, project tracking.
• Application launch and Change management understanding is must, candidate must have played role in business requirement documentation/ testing / training and adoption initiatives.
• Independently co-ordinate with cross function team to develop applications / reports for channel use.
• Adhere to governance structure to ensure accountability and enable the predictability of the outcomes of each transformation initiative
• Play vital role in application design UI and solutioning so that user experience can be improved.
• Monitor impact of new changes, drive adoption, communication and training
• Evaluate new ideas and vendors, implement innovative ideas which will improve efficiency and productivity
• Will be responsible for improving adoption of digital Assets
