Senior Manager - Digital Marketing

• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective collaboration. Identify new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
• Strategic Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects to achieve business objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, product, call center, IT, and finance.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop high-quality content for various channels including presentations, website, campaigns, and marketing materials. Manage website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Campaign Marketing Execution: Drive the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, WhatsApp, etc. Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to maximize results.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting and MIS: Generate regular reports and MIS to track project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Creative Support: Provide creative support for proposition development, campaign ideation, and content creation. Ensure that all marketing materials are compelling and on-brand.
