Profile Expectation:

We are looking for smart, self-motivated leader who bring wealth of experience in leading large scale IT operation, managing PAN india on role and off-role resources with technical expertise to guide and run complex technology operations and enterprise initiatives.

Role Summary:

This role is the most critical role for organization considering complete Infra Operation Management.

It is expected that this role brings strong technical expertise around IT Operation Management supported by strong credentials of working on Cloud and DC Operation. This role will be senior enough to lead enterprise-wide IT operation and multiple initiatives across different enterprise wide initiatives.

Role demands depth around technical skills to have strong leadership not just to provide strategic direction but also to deep dive around complex technology problem involving legacy technology to be migrated to new edge technology stack. Role is expected to extend expertise support for Operational issues as L3 level tech expertise.

The role has overall responsibility of leading team of on role and off role partner resources to ensure seamless IT operation and drive multiple enterprise-wide programs. Below are the key area that this role will have to manage efficiently,

Key Verticals

1) Data Centre Operation: Leading team to Cover multiple technologies such as Core insurance platform, backup management and other regular DC operation activities.

2) Cloud Operation: Lead the team of cloud experts for driving day to day cloud Operation.

3) BCP/DR: Setup and run BCP/DR practice across DC and cloud

4) End user Support: Lead team of PAN India IT support resources and ensure seamless user support.

5) Infra Security Operation: Lead and manage infra security operation across VAPT closure, Patching and secure configuration across End user assets, DC and Cloud estate.

6) Audit and Compliance: Ensure complete compliance on regulatory, Risk and security and internal audit requirements.

Process Expertise:

1) ITIL Framework: Well versed with ITIL framework for setting up new process and run existing process.

2) Change Management: Guide team for implementing change management processes

3) ISO 270001: Should have experience of implementing ISO 270001 framework.

4) Agile Framework: Should be familiar with agile framework to lead internal teams.

5) Fin-Ops: Shall have worked on implementing Fin-ops Initiatives

6) AI-Ops: Shall have background and lead AI-Ops on cloud

7) SRE ( site reliability Engineering): Shall be familiar with SRE practice to coordinate and setup operation

8) CMDB/KEDB Setup and operation

9) Shall be expert in setting up and measuring DC/Cloud and End User Operation KPI

• Traditional middleware technologies.
• Back up management
• End of Day Operation (Insurance EOD operation)
• Storage switches and networking, flash storage management
• Virtualization platform like vmware etc
• Patch-management solutions
• Helpdesk tool like manage engine
• Monitoring tool for server and network ( Grafana, Prometheus, Solarwinds, App dynamics etc)
• OS: Windows, solaris , linux, ubuntu etc
• DB: Postgres, SQL, Oracle,
• Azure and AWS cloud

MBA and other technology certification in the area of ITIL framework, MCSE, CCNA, Cloud practioner etc would be added advantage.

Experience

18 plus years experience out of which last 10 years of experience in leading team of on role and partner resources.

Shall have managed large scale DC/Cloud and End user support operation.

Shall have worked on DC and cloud technologies.

• Managing operation across muli region.
• Experience of migrating DC workload to cloud.
• Experience of running cloud fin-ops tools.
• SRE and CICD practice.
