Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Ambattur, chennai.

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring that their financial needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing account portfolios, and providing financial solutions tailored to client requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Account Management:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
   
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and account summaries.
• Monitor account performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

1. Sales and Business Development:
   
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

1. Account Maintenance:
   
• Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

1. Coordination and Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and customer service, to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on account status and performance.

1. Problem-Solving:
   
• Address and resolve any financial discrepancies or issues that arise with client accounts.
• Implement corrective actions and preventative measures to minimize future issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or a similar role within a financial services or related industry.
