Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Having a strong understanding of packaging design and print production
- Collaborate within and outside of teams to understand project and business requirements and help translate them into effective solutions
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects and make timely and quick decisions to meet project deadlines
- Maintain and organize files and project materials
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Capable of working within a fast-paced work environment and work on multiple projects at one time
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to contribute individually and work well within a team
- Ability to take direction and be flexible and open to change
- Being agile to be able to adapt to immediate business needs
- Having a worldview & global exposure
- Minimum 3 years at an Advertising/Design agency
- A completed 3/4-year college degree
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of design capabilities, particularly in print & packaging design
- Understanding of all Adobe creative tools and experience with image compositing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong printing & prepress knowledge

If they are hiring as contractor, enquire with the agency or your interviewer (if possible) about the possibility of becoming a team member (permanent). Because some partiallity for contractors compared to team members.
