Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for all Receipt Corrections (Inventory) received at DC Stores - from domestic and Import vendors. Will have open lines of communication with RC - Inventory team in the US, AP Merch/Non-Merch teams, to ensure all issues and problems are surfaced and resolved. Ensures the accuracy and Integrity of all Inventory related data.
Inventory Receipt Correction:
- Look at the Vendor Flag to determine if it is an Import vendor or a domestic Vendor.
- Exercise strong decision making skills to research, process and approve all changes to the submission.
- Contract facilities to obtain the necessary documents for every correction/change.
- Ensure/determine if the correction contains complete information, look for DPCIs, PO Number, Appointment Number (Receipt Number), Date Received at Verify for proper handling and notification to all necessary personnel.
- Review, research and approve all requests for on DPCI.
- Maintain extensive and accurate documentation supporting all changes to RC Process.
2. Technical Skills / Communication :
- Works efficiently with Corporation Mainframes and TAP systems, Word, Excel and Outlook.
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to the Lead in Accounts Payable Control. Works extensively with all levels of Merchandising and vendor management. Also works with personnel in all other areas of Accounts Payable,

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Commerce graduate or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of work experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Outstanding commitment to accuracy.
- Strong ability to work independently.
