Job Description

Provide support to the department to deliver great product at supermarket price by fulfilling our Global Sourcing Strategy and successfully achieve our targets of the department

What I need to do

Work closely with UK trading team and supplier
Support merchandisers to find relevant information needed to source new products to enhance direct sourcing
Support merchandisers to facilitate product development, quotation, samples in a timely manner
Manage the POs and shipment status in an efficient and timely manner
Track data and update reports on key performance metrics
Closely communicate with supervisor with sense of urgency and responsibility in the structured way
Be positive and proactive to learn and to strengthen the knowledge of merchandising, sourcing and supply chain process
Hold and believe in Sainsbury s Argos values
