Job Description
HealthKart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product display and merchandising within CPC Canteens across Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal product presentation, build strong relationships with canteen staff, and streamline the order and payment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and arrange product displays in CPC canteens across Delhi/NCR to enhance visibility and drive sales.
  
• Ensure proper placement and neat display of HealthKart's product range in canteens to attract customers and encourage purchases.
  
• Track inventory levels and follow up on orders and payments with canteen management to maintain stock availability and resolve payment issues.
  
• Interact with customers in canteens, provide product information, and address any questions to build positive customer experiences.
  
• Monitor and address any issues related to product shrinkage and damages, taking proactive measures to minimize losses.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• Proven experience in merchandising, sales, or a related field.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
