Role overview :
As a Sr Product Ops Analyst, Order Management System (OMS) , you will be responsible for creating measurements, driving enhancements and insight generation by identifying areas of improvement in products through exploratory data analysis monitoring and tracking products and collaborating with Product Owners to identify and fix product issues. This role will be a key component in the execution of Product s goals and objectives.
As a Sr Product Ops Analyst, you will build critical reports for product, perform data analysis to identify new opportunities, collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science teams on setting up new process/jobs, activate new models, own and maintain datasets and dashboards for the product. You will build and monitor the required systems that will be used by both Product team and stakeholders to keep track of key product and business metrics. You will also need to analyze key trends to identify potential product issues and improvement to the product. It is critical that you are comfortable with a test and learn mindset to achieve this.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organizations direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

About you:
Four-year degree with 4-7 years experience in Analytics, math, statistics , business, operations research
Ability to create/change/execute advanced SQL queries from analytic datasets and to create insightful analytical frameworks
Basic knowledge of R or Python
Sustainable code writer and data sets creator for the product
Experience and passion for using data to explain or solve complex business problems and influence invention of new systematic and operational processes
A story teller, pro-active owner & creator of the product KPIs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience utilising problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to adjust priorities to the ever-changing needs of the business
The following experiences/skills will be a plus
Experience in retail (stores or headquarters)
Proven experience achieving results by leading, partnering, and influencing others
