Data Lead

Role :

A highly skilled AI/ML Data Lead to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing AI/ML models, leading data engineering efforts, and driving innovation in AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, big data processing, and cloud technologies while ensuring data quality, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML Strategy: Develop and execute AI/ML initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Data Engineering & Pipeline Management: Oversee the design and optimization of data pipelines for ML model training and deployment.
• Model Development & Deployment: Build, train, and optimize machine learning models, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Implement cloud-based AI/ML solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Data Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to drive AI adoption.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish robust monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement frameworks for AI models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's/Masters/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Spark
• Experience in generative AI, NLP, and computer vision
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow
• Strong understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop, Apache Kafka, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI)
• Leadership & Project Management:
• Experience leading AI/ML teams and mentoring data professionals
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in generative AI, NLP, and computer vision
• Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with AutoML, Explainable AI, and Edge AI
• Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP ML services
