Process and Commissioning Engineer / Sr. Engineer

Job Summary:

Our company is looking for a highly motivated Engineer having experience of around 5 to 7 years in Process design and commissioning of Water / Waste Water and Zero Liquid Discharge Plant; more specifically in design and commissioning of Evaporator Plants;

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Design and Process Engineering Documents;
• Review of Mass Balance and Thermal Analysis;
• Review of Manufacturing drawings;
• Technical feasibility of Evaporator Plants;
• Project management and control;
• Proposal and Estimation;
• Lab testing to evaluate Evaporation Process;
• System Commissioning and Troubleshooting; on need basis;

Requirements:

• Analytical skills to identify root cause of any design problem;
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Familiar with Zero Liquid Discharge Plant Process and each equipment;
• Knowledge of Pump, Compressor and Heat Exchangers;
• Familiar with PV Elite, AutoCAD and Ansys Software; will be preferred;
• Knowledge of TEMA and ASME Codes;
• Proficient in MS Office;
