We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs, improving usability, and enhancing the overall digital experience. This role requires a blend of creativity, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research Analysis
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
• UI/UX Design Prototyping
  • Design intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products.
• Collaboration Communication
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling designs.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a strong design culture within the team.
• Usability Accessibility
  • Ensure designs adhere to best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and responsive design.
  • Optimize UI components for performance and cross-platform compatibility.
• Design Implementation Iteration
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on insights to enhance user experience.
    

Required Skills Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Front-End Understanding: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• UX Research: Strong experience with user research methods, A/B testing, and usability studies.
• Interaction Design: Expertise in micro-interactions, animations, and prototyping.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.
• Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and justifying design decisions.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
