Short Job Description

Role: Salesforce Admin Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud, including custom consoles, Visualforce pages, workflows, and triggers.
• Implement and manage integrations, including WhatsApp and SMS for LATAM customers using AppExchange or custom solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand existing configurations and operational workflows.
• Provide cross-functional support across Sales, Install (Service), Support, and Account Management units.
• Scope, size, and execute tasks based on client priorities and expected deliverables.
• Ensure the Salesforce platform runs efficiently and scales as business needs grow.

Key Skills Required:

• 6+ years of Salesforce Admin experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Service Cloud configurations.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Twilio, MessageBird) and AppExchange tools.
• Ability to work flexibly on a project or as-needed basis.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
