Engineering Manager(Payment domain)

Details of the role:

• 14+ years (min.) of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years (min.) in a technical leadership role.
• Mandatory experience in Fintech/payments domain
• Strong proficiency in full-stack development with expertise in front-end & back-end technologies (Java, React/Angular, Node etc), database technologies (RDBMS, SQL/ NoSQL etc), Cloud (AWS/Azure), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to latest ML/AI tech stack and technologies is a plus.
• Should have worked in Agile & other methodologies (waterfall/kanban etc)
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams to deliver complex, scalable applications in KPI/SLA/Metrics/Process driven environment.
• Product Engg & Service Industry experience in customer facing role. Ability to collaborate with technical team, architects, domain SMEs
• Contributed to business growth through solutioning for new opportunities/RFPs
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, articulation, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
