Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Communications Trainer to join our Service Excellence Team in India. The role goes beyond
accent training and emphasizes comprehensive communication skills, including business communication, client
communication, corporate communication, written communication structure, and comprehension. The ideal
candidate will possess a proven track record in training global teams to enhance both spoken and written communication
skills aligned with US English standards, improving clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spoken Communication Training:
o Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focusing on pronunciation, intonation, fluency,
articulation, and clarity aligned with US English standards.
o Conduct one-on-one coaching and group sessions to improve speech patterns, client-facing
communication, and interpersonal communication.
• Written Communication Training:
o Design and deliver training modules focusing on business writing structure, grammar, vocabulary
enhancement, and comprehension.
o Teach effective email etiquette, report writing, and client communication to ensure clarity,
professionalism, and accuracy in all written correspondences.
• Business and Client Communication:
o Provide training on corporate communication strategies, including handling client interactions
professionally through both spoken and written mediums.
o Develop programs to improve meeting communication, presentation skills, and workplace
documentation.
• Program Design and Assessment:
o Conduct assessments to identify individual and group training needs for tailored programs.
o Utilize innovative training tools and techniques to ensure engagement, understanding, and effective
learning outcomes.
o Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, role-plays, and written tasks, providing
actionable, constructive feedback.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
o Collaborate with leadership to align training objectives with business communication goals.
o Prepare and present training progress and success reports to stakeholders.
o Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in communication training to keep programs
current and effective.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; Masters degree
preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in voice, accent, and comprehensive communication training, with a proven focus on US
English standards.
• Expertise in business and corporate communication training, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, speech mechanics, grammar structures, and comprehension strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital training platforms and tools for virtual and in-person sessions.
• Ability to monitor and evaluate progress objectively and provide actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules across global teams.
