Inbound/Domestic - Asst Manager/Supervisor

Position Title: Manager/ Assistant Manager - Inbound / Domestic Department

Location Gurgaon / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

• Interact with international clients, travel agents, and tour operators to understand their requirements.
• Customize and prepare detailed itineraries based on client preferences.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to maintain high service standards.

2. Tour Planning and Execution:

• Design and price competitive packages, including accommodations, transport, guides, and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor the execution of tours and address any issues promptly.

3. Business Development:

• Identify potential markets and clients to grow the inbound tours segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners to generate repeat and referral business.

4. Costing and Budgeting:

• Ensure accurate costing of tours while maintaining profitability.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for better rates and services.

5. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as required.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including invoices, itineraries, and client agreements.
• Generate regular reports on business performance and client feedback.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality or a Diploma in travel and tourism
• Experience: 5-6 years of experience in inbound tourism, with a proven track record in client servicing and tour operations.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel software.
• Knowledge of popular tourist destinations, culture, and travel trends in the region.
