Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing administrative tasks and facility operations. This role ensures a seamless and well-coordinated environment, maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Communication Coordination: Handle correspondence, calls, and emails efficiently, ensuring timely responses.
Travel Packing: Ensure seamless travel preparations, including packing luggage and necessary medicines.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events or gatherings at the residence.
Expense Management: Track and report household and office expenses, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
Tech Support: Assist with minor IT and gadget-related issues within the residence.
Special Projects: Provide support for ad hoc projects as directed by the Admin & Facility Manager
Household Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, and staff supervision.
Periodical Maintenance: Manage regular services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for all equipment, such as gym machines, air conditioners, lifts, generators, UPS, and guest houses.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for timely procurement of supplies, services, and repairs.
Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of household and office supplies.
Meal Management: Coordinate and manage familys breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings.
Security Oversight: Ensure the residences security and safety protocols are in place and monitored.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation.
Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Skills Required:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic IT tools.
Knowledge of facility and vendor management.
