Perform Software Qualification Testing (SWE.6) and Software Integration Testing (SWE.5) in compliance with ASPICE standards.
Develop and execute software test strategies, generating test cases from detailed design, architecture, and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between software architecture and test strategies.
Conduct thorough reviews of detailed designs, architecture, and SRS for quality assurance.
Utilize tools like vTestStudio, CANoe, and CAN stress tools for testing automotive electronics software.
Implement cybersecurity testing with a focus on AUTOSAR crypto stack, ISO21434, and advanced cryptographic methods like hashing, digital signatures, secure diagnostics, and HSM.
Analyze and debug software using compilers (e.g., GCC, Tasking) and debuggers (e.g., I System, Lauterbach).
Validate compliance with industry standards, including AUTOSAR, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), ASPICE, and MISRA.
Test software components including BSW, RTE, and Application Layers within AUTOSAR architecture.
Collaborate on test tool setup, automation, and improvements in test environments.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Background: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Expertise in SW engineering processes, tools, and setup development.
Proven experience in ADAS product testing and automotive electronics.
Strong understanding of real-time operating systems concepts and software development lifecycle.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Embedded C and C++ programming.
Hands-on experience with testing tools like vTestStudio, CANoe, and CAN stress tools.
Knowledge of scripting languages like CAPL, Python, VB, and XML/ARXML.
Solid understanding of CAN, UDS diagnostics, bootloader, and Ethernet protocols.
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and testing, including public key algorithms and secure diagnostics.
Strong background in AUTOSAR software structure, including BSW, RTE, and application layers.
Certifications (Preferred):
AUTOSAR or ASPICE certification.
Functional Safety certification (ISO 26262).
