Job Description
Talrop is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Technology Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will mentor students in schools across Kerala, focusing on technology education. This role requires extensive travel throughout the state, so we are particularly seeking male candidates due to the nature of the travel requirements.
Responsibilities : Provide mentorship and guidance to students in School of Technology and Tech Grad students across Kerala in technology-related subjects. Conduct training sessions and workshops on topics such as frontend and backend development, coding, and emerging technologies. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Participate in curriculum development and enhancement. Travel across different regions in Kerala for the academic purpose.
Skills required : Strong understanding of frontend and/or backend development. Passion for teaching and mentoring students in technology. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Kerala. Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or educational roles is a plus. Proficiency in relevant technology tools and programming languages. Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
Qualifications : Bachelors in Computer Science, Software or IT Engineering 1+ Years of experience in relevant field
