Oracle Apps Technical Consultant (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development :

- Develop and support RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.

- Create and maintain SQL/PLSQL code, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, and WebServices.

- Implement and customize Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements.

Full Lifecycle Development :

- Manage end-to-end development processes for Oracle EBS R12, including unit and integration testing.

- Develop interface programs to import data from various sources into Oracle Applications.

Oracle EBS Modules :

- Apply extensive technical and functional expertise in Oracle R12 EBS SCM modules, including Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier, and Sourcing.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Oracle R12 EBS General Ledger, OPM, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Documentation and Support :

- Write detailed business requirement documents and other functional documentation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions to end-users.

- Evaluate solutions and propose appropriate technical recommendations.

Implementation, Customization, and Migration :

- Lead implementation projects, customizations, and migration activities using Oracle EBS R12.

- Develop and support various components to ensure smooth transitions and upgrades.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Proven experience as a Full Lifecycle Developer in Oracle EBS R12, with a focus on RICE components.

- Extensive technical and functional experience with Oracle R12 EBS SCM, General Ledger, OPM, procurement, and finance modules.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher reports, WebServices, and Unix Shell Scripting.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and its modules.

Documentation and Troubleshooting :

- Ability to write business requirement documents and other functional documentation.

- Skilled in troubleshooting production issues and providing effective solutions.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Migration and Customization.

- Previous experience in a similar role with a strong track record of successful project delivery
