Consultant - Medical Device Sector (4-8 yrs)

Our client is seeking a Consultant to support workforce development and skilling initiatives in the Medical Devices & IVD sector. This role involves working closely with Government, Academia, and Industry to bridge skill gaps and enhance technical training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Evaluation: Review and assess funding proposals for workforce development in the Medical Devices sector.

2. Industry Engagement: Collaborate with Indian and foreign industry players to analyze skill gaps and forecast human resource demand.

3. Strategic Program Development: Assist in designing future-ready skilling programs for the sector in coordination with key stakeholders.

4. Training & Curriculum Development: Develop technical training content for students and professionals under the supervision of the Project Director.

5. Training Delivery & Mentorship: Act as a trainer and assist in identifying and developing vocational educators and industry mentors.

6. Program Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to IITs, NIPERs, NITs, and vocational centers to ensure eNective program implementation.

7. Impact Assessment: Evaluate the eNectiveness of skilling initiatives for students and professionals.

8. Technical Reporting: Prepare and maintain project reports under the guidance of the Project Manager.

9. Other Responsibilities: Support additional tasks as assigned by the Project Director.
