We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Community Manager to manage student welfare, oversee community building initiatives, and lead program management for our diverse student body. The role is an end-to-end program management position that requires a high level of ownership, responsibility, and the ability to work cross-functionally. You will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and engaging environment that supports academic, personal, and professional growth for our students.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead end-to-end program management for various student initiatives and academic projects.
2. Implement processes and best practices for managing student-related projects and initiatives efficiently.
3. Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Regularly report on key metrics and performance indicators related to student welfare, community engagement, and event outcomes.
5. Develop and implement strategies to engage students in both academic and extracurricular activities.
6. Address student concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of issues related to
academic life, student well-being, and campus facilities.
7. Work with various student-led clubs, committees, and societies to ensure diverse opportunities for involvement.
8. Organize social, cultural, and professional events to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and teamwork.
9. Develop and maintain a strong alumni network to ensure continuous engagement and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in program/project management and academic operations, preferably in an Ed-Tech or education sector.
3. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a startup mentality.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on student interaction and support.
7. Solid understanding of academic operations, curriculum design, and student lifecycle management.
8. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
9. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements based on feedback.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
