Position: Site Manager

Job Location: Maharashtra

Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years

Travelling Required: Occasional outstation travel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Construction Management:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor progress, supervise contractors, and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

2. Land Acquisition:

• Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and legal teams to facilitate land acquisition for projects.
• Verify and validate land documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve any land-related issues promptly

3. Liaison Work:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government agencies, utilities, and local bodies.
• Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and clearances required for project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

4. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project operations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and potential risks.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, land acquisition processes, and communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit reports on project milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Candidate Profile:

• B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Fully conversant with key MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Possess strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close complex deals.
