Senior Product Manager/Associate Director - IoT & Wearables (8-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Senior Product Manager / Associate Director focused on IoT and Wearables, you will take a leading role in defining and executing the product strategy for cutting-edge IoT-enabled wearable technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to bring innovative wearable products to market. Role & Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify new IoT market opportunities and develop business strategies that leverage IoT technologies.

- Lead the product ideation, development, and launch processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand IoT trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.

- Drive IoT product innovation through prototyping, testing, and validation, leveraging agile methodologies.

- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful IoT product launches and go-to-market strategies.

- Establish partnerships with IoT technology providers, startups, and industry experts to enhance product capabilities and market positioning.

- Monitor IoT industry developments and regulatory changes to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Ideal Candidate :

- Proven track record of success in product management, with at least 8 years of experience in leading IoT product initiatives.

- Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware/software integration, and IoT security principles.

- Experience in developing and launching IoT products from concept to commercialization.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to drive product strategy.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, technology, and market disruption.

- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
