Role & Responsibilities
As the RevOps Associate, you will manage key areas of the Revenue/Sales Operations function, including process improvement, cracking 0 to 1, building and managing your own team, and compensation planning. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company, driving strategic initiatives via data-driven insights to contribute to overall revenue growth. CRM & Data Management:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, automation, and accurate tracking of leads, deals, and revenue.
- Implement best practices for data hygiene, maintaining clean, standardized, and enriched data for sales reporting, revenue analysis, and customer insights.
- Improve lead routing, scoring, and segmentation to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and deal tracking.
- Conduct data analysis on sales and marketing performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth strategies.
- Support leadership with ad hoc data requests and ensure that they have access to accurate and up-to-date insights.
Process Optimization & Automation:
- Identify inefficiencies in current revenue processes and recommend improvements to improve productivity.
- Automate workflows in HubSpot and other RevOps tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across functions
- Drive CRM Adoption across teams
- Implement effective sales compensation plans
Tech Stack Management:
- Manage and optimize the tech stack such as Hubspot, Outplay, Clay, Tracxn and other sales tech platforms and agencies.
- Ensure system integrations between CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools function smoothly.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate seamless communication and data sharing between sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment on processes and goals to drive overall revenue growth by breaking down silos and coordinating efforts.
- Organizing regular meetings, sharing insights, and keeping all teams informed about key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain alignment on strategy.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 2-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (workflow automation, reporting, integrations).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain business processes and solutions for sales tech stack system issues to non-technical users
- Ability to learn quickly, with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- A desire to learn and grow within the revenue operations function, with a focus on building expertise in CRM systems, data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Data Hygiene: Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and standardization best practices.
- Process-Driven: Experience improving and automating RevOps processes to enhance efficiency.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and do the grunt work in the early days
- Self-driven individual with high ownership and strong work ethic
