Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define the company's long-term vision, goals, and strategic priorities. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the e-commerce sector. Develop strategic frameworks and roadmaps to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Business Analysis:
Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the health and performance of the business. Identify areas for improvement and optimization across various functions, such as marketing, operations, logistics, and customer experience. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic Projects:
Lead strategic projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, which may include market entry strategies, product launches, pricing optimization, and partnership development. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution and implementation of strategic initiatives. Monitor project progress and performance against established goals and milestones.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members. Present findings, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and the board of directors as needed. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support on key business decisions.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and draw actionable insights.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to financial modelling, market research, and competitive analysis.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
