Job : Management Consultant
Job Description :
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, organizational structure, andv performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address clients' needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement recommended strategies and initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on a wide range of business issues, including but not limited to operational efficiency, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead project teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through written reports, presentations, and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in management consulting.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the professional development of the team.
- Management consultant's work on client issues related to manufacturing, supply chain and sales.
- Consultants identify key issues and help the client in developing appropriate solutions including systems & processes for improvement.
- New Document Lifecycle processes using meta data, sensitivity labels, how to archive content.
- Preparation and execution of decision papers, Project initiation documents, Change Requests for Project Steering Committees which are normally presented in Word or PowerPoint.
- Project planning and progress monthly reporting with key milestones and status of progress against plan for members of the Project Steering Committee.
- Track and manage Risks and dependencies by logging project risks and issues in a register and managing them accordingly by reviewing and updating them on a minimum of a monthly basis.
- Steer documenting the current status of the company s document management processes.
- Steer documenting the future state of the company s document management processes.
- Steer requirements for Procurement to source relevant solutions.
Job Qualifications :
- Project and team management experience is must.
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism.
- Attention to detail ability to meet deadlines.
- Negotiating and problem-solving skills.
