Position: Maximo Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad
Duration: Full-time/ Permanent

Description:
Understand client business processes and requirements, and configure Maximo to meet their needs.
Develop and execute Maximo testing plans to ensure that the system meets client requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams.
Create functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that functional requirements are translated into technical designs and implementations.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for optimizing Maximos use and recommending process improvements.
Participate in project planning and status meetings, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in implementing and configuring IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
Strong understanding of Maximos functional modules, data model, and workflows.
Experience in conducting Maximo testing and creating test cases.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in IBM Maximo EAM is a plus.
