Implementation Lead

As the primary technical resource for the project, you will articulate technology and product aspects to both business and technical users. You will work closely with all stakeholders to help design, build, and implement strategies that can help enhance customer experience with implementations and improve productivity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total experience with 4+ years relevant hands-on experience in implementing projects related to field services/asset management with technical expertise on Java/J2EE.
• Experience with full life cycle stages of project execution in Field Services (FSM) and/or Asset Management (EAM) areas delivering all phases of the implementation and into support.
• Experience implementing solutions such as field services management, work management, asset management, inventory management, and procurement management
• Consultant with experience in the Utilities industry and possess business understanding of the utility industry and business processes
• Past experience with EAM products like Maximo, Oracle Work & Asset Management (WAM), Oracle WACS and FSM products like ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, KloudGin etc.
• Demonstrated experience with configurations such as custom objects, layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflow rules.
• Experience working with standards and processes involving version control software, peer reviews and code progression
• Excellent Communication skills, stakeholder management skills, debugging skills and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Nice to have: Experience in integrations with 3rd party systems and a good knowledge of data modeling
• Exceptional communication skills; presentation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution
• B.Tech, BE, Engineering in Computer Science, Masters preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading the implementation team providing technical expertise and support.
• Interacts with clients on a routine basis to detail the requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios in building efficient solutions for the customers
• Identifies and assists in the development of new services and capabilities to address clients business needs.
• Closely work with other teams ( Product, Devops, Support), communicate on a daily basis with onshore/offshore team members and take ownership of the project deliverables.
• Work closely with product management in identifying customer needs and requirements, and validate future feature designs.
• Educate the client about product features and capabilities during the customer on-boarding and retention process.
• Contribute in designing and implementing, processes and controls, to maintain and publish new content
• Keeping informed of the latest industry developments, upgrades, and offerings.
