Summary:As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your role will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must Have Skill Maximo Nuclear Experience.Key Responsibilities1.Must have 10-12 years of experience in Maximo Nuclear and must have worked on end-to-end project for a Nuclear client2.Expertise in Maximo Upgradation, Customization and Data migration projects3.Work on end-to-end delivery of Maximo implementations and Integrations in a client facing roles4.Must have experience in Maximo Projects handling independently5.Must be able to participate client orals/presentation etc6.Should have Project management experience and able execute medium to large projects7.Should be able to work independently on RFP/RFI responses
Technical Experience1.Should be able to work with other team to build relationship2.Need to have contribution to multiple Maximo projects as SME3.Experience on providing support as Maximo Solution Architect4.Experience on estimation and assessment of the Maximo project for performance, scalability etc5.Thought Leadership activities in the form of assets, accelerators, POCs, POVs
Professional Attributes1.Should have experience in MIS reporting2.Conduct boot camps and trainings internally and externally for client and project teams
