Hexagon EAM Developer (6-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Hexagon EAM professional to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining Hexagon EAM solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in asset management processes, Hexagon EAM software, and relevant business workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

System Implementation and Configuration :

- Implement Hexagon EAM solutions for clients, ensuring that they meet business needs.

- Configure modules such as Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Work Order Management, Inventory Management, etc.

- Integrate Hexagon EAM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Hexagon EAM solutions.

- Conduct system upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

- Identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruptions.

Customization and Development :

- Customize Hexagon EAM applications to suit specific business requirements, including creating custom reports, workflows, and interfaces.

- Develop scripts, reports, and dashboards to enhance system functionality and user experience.

User Training and Documentation :

- Train end users on Hexagon EAM software, covering core features and best practices.

- Develop and maintain user guides and technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and workflows.

Consulting and Process Optimization :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand asset management needs and optimize workflows.

- Recommend process improvements and automation solutions using Hexagon EAM capabilities.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with other IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Hexagon EAM with other enterprise applications.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience with Hexagon EAM software or other Enterprise Asset Management platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of asset management principles, maintenance processes, and workflows.

- Experience in system integration, data migration, and user support.

- Proficiency in SQL and database management for creating reports and managing data.

- Ability to customize and configure Hexagon EAM modules (e.g., Work Management, Maintenance, Inventory, etc.).

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification or training in Hexagon EAM.

- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts as they relate to asset management.

Experience :

- 6+ years of experience working with Hexagon EAM or similar asset management software.

- Experience in consulting roles or client-facing projects is highly desirable.

Work Environment : Full-time position.

- Occasional travel may be required for client-facing projects.
