Head - Demand Generation (SaaS) -CTC upto 60 LPA


About the Job:


We are currently hiring for "Director Demand Generation" for a leading SAAS based organization.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Director of Demand Generation to lead our demand generation strategy and execution. This critical role will develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs to drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company goals, targeting key buyer personas, and leveraging multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, events, and more).

2. Lead Generation and Qualification: Design and implement lead generation and qualification programs to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, including lead scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales.

3. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing ROI.

4. Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.

5. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of demand generation professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure demand generation success, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.

7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

Key Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth.

3. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing high-performing teams.

4. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

5. Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-informed decisions.

6. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., (link unavailable)).

7. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

1. MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Certification in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert).

3. Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

4. Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
