Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy (2-4 yrs)

This is for a client of Talentfil - a B2B California-based Saas Company with HQ in Kochi.

Reponsibilities :

- Brainstorm, prioritize, and develop new product ideas that align with Identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies.

- Understand customer needs through research and direct feedback. Gather and define product requirements to ensure solutions effectively address user problems and enhance the overall experience.

- Work closely with the engineering team to develop new features and enhance existing ones. Help determine the best technical implementation methods and create realistic implementation schedules.

- Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that outline feature specifications, user stories, and project goals. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and initiatives.

- Monitor product metrics to evaluate how well customers are using specific features. Use insights from these metrics to drive continuous improvements and refine product offering

- Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration to drive product success.

- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes. Adapt product strategies based on research data, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications :

- 2 to 4 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on software products and technologies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, requirements, and strategies to various stakeholders.
