Assistant Manager/Manager - Strategy - Education & Skilling (6-10 yrs)

- Contribute to project delivery as guided by Associate Directors/ Managers - in design, development and delivery of business advise/ solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives

- Independently lead modules in projects and guide Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts in delivery

- High degree of curiosity and an ability to go beyond the current/ immediate brief

- High business awareness and general information on sectors/ solutions, focus on productive work

- Attention to detail and ability to structure arguments/ thoughts analytically

- Effectively engage clients in discussions related to project delivery and provide new perspectives/ insights

- Excellent communication skills especially presentation skills

- Ability to prepare Thought Leadership and contribute to practice development

- Counsel teams and individuals (via defining and implementing developmental plans) which will result in meeting future needs of the firm
