Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement the overall learning and development strategy to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Program Design and Implementation : Design, oversee, and continuously enhance leadership development programs, technical training, and skill-building initiatives.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&D professionals to achieve high performance and deliver impactful training programs.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Performance Management : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximum ROI on training initiatives.
- Learning Technologies : Drive adoption of digital learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) to scale learning programs and improve accessibility.
- Change Management : Lead change management efforts related to L&D projects and promote a learning-oriented culture across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA (Mandatory)
- 12-16 years of experience in learning and development, with a track record of leading successful L&D strategies and teams
- Strong expertise in instructional design, training needs assessment, and adult learning principles
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning tool
