Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across the level. Develop and deploy the company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Define and drive towards meeting and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Represent the company internally and externally on hiring platforms and campus with the goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Generate & presents weekly/monthly/quarterly Talent Acquisition dashboards to HR and Business Leaders about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Communicate regularly with HR leadership to get a clear view of the company's hiring needs and organizational goals. Followed by partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs.
- Work closely with the marketing/PR department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
Experience & Education Required:
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources
- Overall 8-10 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume recruitment across various organizational levels.
- Proven track record of planning and hiring initiatives, including campus recruitment, lateral hiring and Leadership hiring.
- Skilled in designing and implementing strategies to drive diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
