Head HRBP & COE (Total Rewards and PMS)


Client & Working Brief:


- We are hiring for a prestigious MNC client based in Andheri East, Mumbai. This client is a globally ranked, top 10 organization in its industry.

- This role requires working from the office five days a week. Currently, there is no hybrid or work-from-home option available, so candidates seeking flexible work arrangements may not find this role suitable.

Work Experience & Education Requirements:

- Education: Full-time/Regular MBA. (Preferably from a Tier 1 B School)

- Experience: Minimum of 9 to 15 years post-qualification work experience.

Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Chemical, Paint, or Telecom industries are preferred.

Desired Work Experience:

- Strong background as a Core HR Business Partner (HRBP), ideally supporting Sales/Marketing functions.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits as a Center of Excellence (COE).

- The candidate should have experience in both HRBP and COE (Compensation & Benefits) roles at some point in their career.

- Candidate must be experience into a team handling role.

Brief on Job Profile:

HR Business Partner

The incumbent shall work and partner with the respective teams to develop, implement and drive results, increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the workforce.



This role includes the critical thought process and partnering with CXO's for increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.

Accountable for ensuring P&C processes and HRBP strategies are translated and

implemented appropriately and effectively across functions.

Strategically partner and serve as a key advisor on all people and culture related agenda to Sales, Technical Services and Logistics functions.

Build successful relationships, have impact and influence with stakeholders at a senior level and an ability to critically challenge. Influence business to the right solutions that will enable delivery of strategic plan.

Contribute to the development of the People & Capability Agenda, with a focus on culture and engagement, development and strategic resourcing.

Compensation & Benefits and PMS:





He / She is responsible for anchoring and executing the Comp & Benefit architect, the Strategic direction like, Designing, execution, policy design, external benchmarking, to be update with latest market trends, interacting with external agencies and lot of project Comp & Ben.

Maintain knowledge of ACR, LTI, Merger & Acquisition best practices as well as technologies that enable continued process optimization and efficiency. Build/present business cases to executive leadership.

Design and implementation of total rewards philosophy and compensation programs that align rewards business objectives.

Lead the finalization of annual increments and year-end variable payouts for the entire organization.

Serve as the SME for managers, HR peer group, and employees on compensation and benefits policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools.

Work on Employee Benefits (such as health, insurance, motor vehicles, perquisites, retirement, pension and superannuation plans) and policy administration.

Overall performance evaluation process including frameworks, methodology, communications, tools/templates, and process for goal setting, ongoing feedback, formal/informal reviews, PiPs and performance calibration.

Support the design and implementation of career development and performance management programs strategies, processes, and tools.

Act as an SME and guide the HR generalists and line leaders in defining objective business, team and individual level scorecards to strengthen the performance management architecture.
