Position - Lead Total Rewards, PMS and HRBP for Sales & NON-Sales functions.
Location - Andheri East, Mumbai
5 Days working from Office.
Work Portfolio - HR Head (Sales Function, Supply Chain Function) and COE (Compensation, PMS & HR Analytics).
It's a large team Handling role.

Who can apply - Candidate having over 12 years' work experience HR function from Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking and other White Goods.
Education Criteria is a MUST - We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School pass outs.
Job Profile Brief:
Diversified HRBP experience in his/her overall career. Candidate should have worked into Sales oriented organizations.
Candidate must be an SME of Rewards, Comp, PMS, LTI, ESOP design etc, minimum work experience in this area must be 3 to 5 Yrs.
Process Owner of - Total Rewards, PMS, HR Analytics and Benefits administration etc
Brief on Profile:
- Candidate should have the problem-solving approach and come up with various HR Solutions to business.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop workforce plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Region leaders to assess the regional team effectiveness, force structure, and territory alignment.
- Review and improve all HR processes, including onboarding & induction of new employees, performance management, etc.
- Identify and address performance gaps through training and development programs.
