Who can apply - Candidate having over 4 years' work experience HR function and at least 2years in Core Compensation, someone who has completed at least TWO PMS Cycle, from Service Industry background like Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Paints, Pharma & Healthcare, Banking and other White Goods.
Education Criteria is a MUST - We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School pass outs.
Position - Manager / Sr Manager - Comp & Ben
Location - Kurla, Mumbai
5 Days working from Office.
Work Portfolio - Leading the COE of Compensation & Benefits for the parent company & for it's group companies.
Work in Technical areas like:-
- ACR (Annual Compensation Review).
- LTI Design
- Stock / ESOPS Design
- Industry Benchmarking
- External Vendor Management
Job Profile Brief:
- Candidate must be an SME of Rewards, Comp, PMS, LTI, ESOP design etc, minimum work experience in this area must be 3 to 5 Yrs.
- Process Owner of - Total Rewards, PMS, HR Analytics and Benefits administration etc
Brief on Profile:
1) Total Rewards / Comp & Ben Management (COE Role).
2) PMS Management (Half Yearly & Yearly) (COE Role).
- Business Partnering with across workforce of organization (multiple sales functions etc) and interfacing the smooth execution of COE function (Total Rewards, Comp, PMS etc).
- Comp & Ben profile, more in to the Strategic direction like, Designing, execution, policy design, external benchmarking, to be update with latest market trends, interacting with external agencies and lot of project comp & Ben.
- Compensation Revision, Revision of compensation aligned to HR polices.
- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit-based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalization, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication.
- Initiates and leads design and implementation of a competitive compensation and benefits policy for India in accordance with Company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop workforce plans and strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Region leaders to assess the regional team effectiveness, force structure, and territory alignment.
- Identify and address performance gaps through training and development programs.
