Senior Lead - Human Resources (10-15 yrs)

What You'll Do:

- Strategic HR Leadership - Partner with senior stakeholders to define and lead HR initiatives that align with business goals.

- Talent & Performance Management - Oversee workforce planning, career development, performance management, and compensation strategies.

- Culture & Employee Engagement - Foster a learning-driven, high-performance culture while driving engagement and retention initiatives.

- Change Leadership - Mobilize teams for cross-functional collaboration and lead organizational change to stay ahead of industry shifts.

- Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes

What We're Looking For:

- 9-12 years of experience in HR leadership roles, ideally in fast-scaling organizations.

- Strong experience in scaling teams, stakeholder management, and leading HR functions end-to-end.

- A go-getter attitude with the ability to drive execution and make an impact.

- Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: New Delhi (Work from Office, Mon-Fri)
