Key Job Responsibility:
Responsible for Talent Management CoE which will include conceptualization, design and implementation of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition related initiatives.
KRA's:
- Plan and execute Talent Management initiatives to drive positive business outcomes
- Drive Performance Management Process & Outcomes
- Design & implement an all-encompassing Talent Management (Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, R&R among other areas) & L&D strategy
- Design, develop and implement L&D related initiatives for each Business / Function
- Design and implement HR Analytics to measure the effectiveness of Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management related initiatives
- Design and implement people related strategic initiatives for assigned businesses and functions
- Collaborate with the Business / Function leader towards the development of Business strategy for the assigned business.
- Review the organization design, on an ongoing basis, in line with organization's requirement
- Devise and implement an all-encompassing Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement L&D strategy to further succession planning efforts. Adoption of best practices in Learning and Development, so as to enable a learning culture within the organization
Ideal Candidate: MBA/PGDM with 7+ years of experience in talent management initiatives, HiPo development, career framework, succession planning, learning and development initiatives.
