UI/UX Designer - Figma/Illustrator/Photoshop (3-4 yrs)

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs for luxury brands, e-commerce platforms, and web-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about enhancing user experience and developing innovative design solutions that are both functional and aesthetically appealing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new user-facing features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges, and analyze business requirements.

- Document requirements, processes, workflows, user cases, and user stories.

- Create design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsive design.

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how designs function and look.

- Use various scripting, authoring languages, and digital tools for content creation and management.

- Collaborate with teams to resolve design conflicts and prioritize project needs.

- Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables.

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness across devices.

- Edit, write, or design website content and provide direction to team members producing content.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest web applications, interfaces, and programming practices through education, workshops, and conferences.

- Identify and correct design issues based on stakeholder feedback and testing.

- Ensure design consistency with industry standards and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 3-4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in luxury brands, luxury designs, e-commerce, or web platforms.

- Proficient in UI/UX design, including design software and wireframe tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Ability to create and maintain workflows that ensure design consistency and quality.

- Strong technical knowledge to produce high-quality designs, setting the standard for the team.

- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.

- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.

- Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
