Gutenberg - UI/UX Designer - Figma/Photoshop (2-4 yrs)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing our AI SaaS product for marketing automation, focusing on crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your ability to think from the user's perspective will be essential in figuring out how they navigate through the design. You will utilize your understanding of typography, color psychology, animations, illustrations, and logo creation to weave a compelling storyline into our product design.

Primary responsibilities for UI/UX Designer include and are not restricted to the following :

Design & Production :

- Work with principal stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business goals, user behaviour, and create design roadmaps and strategies for our services and products.

- Demonstrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business requirements and user needs.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Design and develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces optimized for mobile, desktop, and tablet devices.

- Create responsive web design layouts that are accessible and user-friendly.

- Incorporate typography, color psychology, animations, illustrations, and logo creation into designs.

- Weave a cohesive storyline throughout the product design to enhance user engagement.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and make recommendations for improvements.

- Work with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

- Guide excellent design delivery with a thorough understanding of UX & UI design principles.

Knowledge Sharing :

- Lead conversations on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our products and services are on the cutting edge of UI/UX design.

- Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization.

- Analyze system needs, evaluate end-user requirements, and custom design solutions

We seek an ideal candidate who can demonstrate or possesses the following qualifications and attributes :

- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. UI/UX design certifications are a plus.

Professional Experience :

- Minimum of 2-3 years of core UX & UI design experience, specifically for SaaS products.

- Relevant experience in designing Web Applications, websites, illustrations and logos.

Design Skills :

- Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Spline, Adobe PremierePro, Sketch, or similar tools.

- Understanding of typography, color psychology, and design principles.

- Knowledge of user research and usability testing methodologies.

- Ability to design intuitive and engaging interfaces with a focus on user-centered design principles.

- Experience in weaving storylines into product designs to enhance user engagement.
