Full Stack Technical Lead - Node.js/React.js (10-15 yrs)

Job Title : Full Stack Technical Lead

Location : Bangalore

Experience & Skills :

Experience : A minimum of 8 years of experience as a React.JS & Node.JS.

Role and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement user interfaces using React.js.

- Build efficient and reusable front-end components.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications.

- Work closely with the back-end development team to integrate front-end and back-end components.

- Implement and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.

- Utilize basic AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

- Debug and resolve issues reported by QA and clients.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in React, RDBMS, AWS, and web development.

- Should be able to actively contribute in technical design.

- Mentor a team of junior developers and guide them whenever required.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a focus on MERN Stack.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with low level solution design and implementation.

- Hands on experience with React.js and Node.js

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.

- Strong knowledge of front-end build tools, such as Webpack.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Experience with database technologies, especially MongoDB, and RDBMS concepts.

- Basic knowledge of AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience leading a squad of junior developers.
