Finance Role - CA (3-4 yrs)

- We are seeking a proficient and results-driven finance professional to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

- This role involves comprehensive financial management, including loan tracking, sales factoring, cash flow projection, currency hedging, and risk management.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and leadership abilities, playing a key role in enhancing the organization's financial operations and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Loan Management: Track and manage loan due dates to ensure timely payments and avoid penalties.

- Sales Factoring: Supervise accounts receivable factoring processes to ensure invoice accuracy and timely collections.

- Cash Flow Preparation: Prepare and analyze cash flow statements and projections to assist in strategic financial planning.

- Bank Transactions: Manage receipts and payments through banking systems, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

- Profit & Loss Statements: Prepare monthly P&L statements to analyze company profitability and operational efficiency.

- Futures Hedging: Monitor futures positions and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.

- Reconciliation: Reconcile broker accounts and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.

- Currency Risk Management: Assess and manage foreign exchange risks through effective hedging strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

- Billing and invoicing

- Compliance management

- Cash flow analysis

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Advanced Excel and account management software proficiency

Soft Skills:
