About the Job:

- The Head of Product Development will play a key role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.

- The role involves cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and a commitment to delivering impactful healthcare solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership with Engineering:

- Develop a long-term product vision and oversee prioritization to align with business needs.

- Manage product budgets, make build-versus-buy decisions, and collaborate with engineering vendors.

Defining and Managing KPIs:

- Develop and operationalize metrics to measure and grow the business's footprint.

- Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment and transparency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to identify monetization opportunities and define product roadmaps.

- Lead go-to-market efforts and ensure successful product launches.

- Manage product documentation and training for internal teams and customers.

Leadership and Team Management:

- Guide the product management team in vision, design, strategy, and execution.

- Set principles for user interviews, hypothesis formation, task prioritization, and execution.

Driving Innovation:

- Lead product innovation to meet market demands, drive customer success, and enhance revenue growth.

- Conduct research to understand customer needs and prioritize development efforts.

- Monitor and analyze product metrics for continuous improvement.

Alignment and Communication:

- Inspire the team with a growth mindset and ownership values.

- Clearly communicate product vision and value proposition internally and externally.

Measures of Success:

- Achieving standard SaaS KPIs, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Progress against roadmap commitments.

- Positive impact on team satisfaction and individual contributions.

- Improved product documentation and alignment across teams.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

- 8+ years in strategy, go-to-market, product management, or general management, with a proven track record in healthcare.

- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Key Competencies:

- Strong commercial acumen and market understanding.

- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, leveraging data for decision-making.

- Effective program management and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Strong communication and executive presence for internal and external representation.

- Proven ability to foster safety, trust, and inclusion within teams.

- Self-starter attitude with the capability to build and nurture internal and external relationships
